Remember, what works for someone else may not work for you.
Make sure you do something that gives your mind and body a positive response!
You will be okay.
It is Okay to Have a Hard Day
Some days will be heavier than others. That does not mean you are failing.
It is okay to cry.

It is okay to feel angry.
It is okay to feel scared. To feel overwhelmed.
You Are Not Alone
So many families are walking this road right along side you.
All of your feelings are valid.
Don't be afraid to ask questions. If you are wondering, someone else is too.
You can lean on others! You do not have to carry everything alone.
There is hope. Even on the hardest days.
